By purchasing the Master Private Label Rights to the 20 product package on PLRProfits.co.uk, you are entitled to do any or all of the following, but there are some restrictions in place to maintain the value of the product.

You Can:

1. Put your name as the author on the product.

2. Give the product a new title and / or edit the contents. This is positively encouraged so your product is as unique as possible. You are entitled to reword, add, remove or otherwise edit the contents of the product to reflect your own knowledge, personality or experiences and can insert your own website links or affiliate links to earn extra income from backend sales where you see fit.

3. Alter the Sales Letter. Apart from adding your own name to the sales letter, you are encouraged to change any aspects of it to increase its uniqueness. You are encouraged to reword, rewrite and add your own compiled testimonials to the letter.

4. Alter or Replace the Graphics. Similarly to changing the content of both the ebooks and sales letters, this is also encouraged to promote uniqueness. The source files to all the graphics can be edited in Adobe Photoshop and you can add in a new title, your name, change the colours or even the entire graphical elements if you wish to do so.

5. Split the product into smaller articles, mini reports or blog posts. Providing you do not give away the product as a whole (see restrictions below) you can split it into a smaller series of elements in order to give away or submit to article directories for viral marketing purposes.

6. Use for newsletter content. Providing you do not give away the product as a whole (see restrictions below), you can split the content into smaller elements and use for newsletter content or an autoresponder based ecourse to encourage email subscribers.

Selling & Pricing

1. If you choose to sell the ebooks without any master resale or private label rights, they must be sold in PDF format for a price not lower than $27. This is to maintain their value in the marketplace and to promote fairness for all the people who have bought this package.

The ebooks cannot be used as $7 products. They are, however, allowed to be used as the higher ticket item in the upsale, one time offer, in such $7 promotions providing they are sold for a minimum price of $27.

2. If you wish to offer Master Resell Rights to the ebook in PDF format and accompanying sales letter they must be sold for a price not lower than $77. This is to maintain their value in the marketplace and to promote fairness for all the people who have bought this package. Your customers may also resell the master resell rights providing they do not sell for less than $77.

3. If you wish to offer Private Label Rights to the source code (i.e. ebook in .doc format, PSD graphics files) then they must be sold for a price not lower than $147. This is to maintain their value in the marketplace and to promote fairness for all the people who have bought this package. Your customers may also resell the private label rights providing they do not sell for less than $147.

Restrictions

1. You cannot give away the Master Resell Rights and / or Private Label Rights to any of the products for free.

2. In order to maintain the package's value, you cannot, under any circumstances, offer more than one Master Resell or Private Label product from the PLRProfits.co.uk package on a paid membership website, as a bonus to another or your products or services or in any "bundled package" as a whole.

3. You are not permitted to sell the product, whether it be in ebook format, Master Resell Rights or Private Label Rights on eBay. This is to preserve the product's value and to prevent them being sold for $0.01 in a matter of days.

4. You cannot claim copyright to the product unless you make significant changes (at least 60%) to it first.

5. You cannot add, user or impersonate my name (David Walker), business name (PLRProfits.co.uk) or use any of my other personal or business information in the product.

6. Any website links or affiliate links you add to the product must point to relevant, complimentary business websites. They must not point to illegal, unethical or unrelated websites, including but not limited to porn, pharmacy and warez.

7. You cannot use spam or other unethical methods to either promote or conduct business with this product.

8. You are responsible for the customer service of the product when it is in your possession.

9. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a license revoke and as a result all monies paid will be forfeited.

10. This constitutes the license agreement. Any disputes or other terms not discussed are at the sole discretion of David Walker and PLRProfits.co.uk.

Refund Policy

This package does not come with any form of refund policy, due to the very nature of the product and business opportunity it presents.

Guarantee of Income

No guarantee of income is made by either David Walker or PLRProfits.co.uk. The results will vary by individual and will be dependent on but not limited to knowledge, experience, skills, resources, circumstance, determination and motivation.
